Margee Riggle.......Yoga

Margee Riggle has been involved with fitness for over 12 years. She began with a desire to help others get the maximum benefit from exercise. Personal training led to group fitness, but eventually her passion for yoga overshadowed most other forms of exercise. Margee realized through her own practice (which started 14 years ago in her living room with a VHS tape featuring Rod Stryker!) exercise did not have to be painful and overly strenuous to be of benefit. In a defining moment, she realized yoga was the only exercise giving energy back to the body instead of taking it away. Margee received her first
yoga training with YogaFit, and will be taking the 200-RYT in June through YogaWorks. She is passionate about sharing the wonderful gift of yoga with others; helping them find outward strength through inward calm.

Margie got her RYT - 200 teacher training from Yogaworks
